PORTLAND, Ore. - Feb. 8, 2006 - It's not your old brewpub! Following a 14-month, extensive renovation, the beloved bridgeport brewpub + bakery is back with an updated look and a new moniker: bridgeport brewpub & bakery (yes, all lower case). The pub is christening the new space with a party for the public, welcoming back old friends, and making an entire set of new ones. The gala event will take place February 23 from 6 p.m. to Midnight at 1313 NW Marshall St. A $10 cover charge includes food, live music, and one drink scrip. Tickets will be sold at the door the night of the event. The event is for guests 21 and over.

PORTLAND, Ore. - Sept. 19, 2005 - The 2005 Brewing Industry International Awards (BIIA) competition announced its award winners last week, and BridgePort Brewing Company once again received a gold medal for BridgePort India Pale Ale in the International Ale Competition class, a feat the brewery first accomplished in 2000. The BIIA judging took place at Drinktec 2005, the world fair for beverage technology, in the New Munich Trade Fair Centre.
