Remodeled bridgeport brewpub + bakery Ready to Open Doors and Redefine the Brewpub Experience
Following a 13-month extensive remodel, the bridgeport brewpub + bakery opened its doors on February 23 with a grand re-opening
celebration.
While much has changed in the building, the comfortable feel of the brewpub has stayed the same. Rustic brick, timber and
iron elements are still the theme. The open architectural design reveals the character of the building while improving
the overall layout, bringing in natural light, and elevating the public house aspect of the brewpub.
The redesigned pub
offers an authentic brewpub experience, with an emphasis on BridgePort’s brewing history. Step
up to the bar for a pint of brewery-fresh IPA served straight from the finishing tanks.
The loading dock now seats up to 77 with low tables and barstools that overlook the revitalized 13th Avenue. The most
noticeable addition is the bakery, which was added to create another part of the day in which guests can enjoy the brewpub
experience. Order up handshaped loaves, oven fresh pastries, and high-quality espresso drinks.
The dining room provides an elevated yet casual dining experience with a simple food concept: great tasting, hand-crafted
European and Northwest inspired dishes, with an accent on flavorful fire-grilled and smoked foods.
The upstairs mezzanine bar is designed to provide a cosmopolitan dining and drinking experience by offering handcrafted
ales, quality wines, and classic cocktails in a lounge-like setting.
